Processes on the release of the test materials were thoroughly emphasized. Likewise, retrieval or submission of the test paraphernalia was also clarified.

As also agreed in the orientation, school-to-school Room Examiners should be formed to administer the test in their adjacent schools. Every school should submit the list of Grades 4 learners to neighboring school for proper identification of number of Room Examiners needed. Nagdar U. Sasapan, TIC of Panglima Misuari Primary School and Annex

PSDS Moore specifically assigned his team members by room. For instance, Nagdar was for Room No. 1; Faijal was for Room No. 2; Naser was for Room No. 3; Jahaddi was for Room No. 4; and he was for Room No. 5. He designated Nagdar U. Sasapan as District Testing Coordinator (DTC). The monitoring team started with further testing center and ended in the furthest testing school center. Dayuan Primary School was not monitored because the exam was rescheduled to the next day, July 14, 2016 due to shortage of test materials. Division Testing Coordinator advised Delda J. Amdan, TIC of Dayuan Primary School to receive the test paraphernalia when the 11 elementary schools would be done with the exam on July 13, 2016. Hence, the monitoring team was no longer in action in the next day.

During the conduct of NAT for Grades 4, the monitoring team found out three elementary schools with continuing conduct of classes except in the rooms utilized for the test and the classrooms of those assigned as Room Examiners in their neighboring schools. These three schools were Pasil Elementary School, Langpas Elementry School and Mukammali Elementary School. The monitoring team was so strict to ensure the integrity of the exam. Every testing center they reached was taken with pictures from the windows of the classrooms where Grades 4 Examinees and Room Examiners focused on the test. As the monitoring team got back to Jolo n the afternoon, they were in unanimous decisions that the administration of NAT for Grades 4 2016 was so orderly, honest and successful.
